Build knowledge, skills, and community with elearning.

We care about

Your Community

By centring your community – their identities and unique contexts – we set creative and technical constraints to build inclusive and current curriculum, content, and experiences.

Purposeful Technology

We use educational technologies and learning management systems to increase engagement, collect meaningful data, scale your programs, and make learning available 24/7.

Learning Science

We use research-based practices with a focus on active learning. By designing for how the brain works, we can move from only developing knowledge to developing skills.

Mental Health Advocacy & Workplace Policy

StigmaZero is working towards a future without stigma, and their mission is to help employers eliminate stigma in the workplace. This e-learning program centres storytelling, as the founder shares his personal experience with mental illness to illustrate many of the key principles and themes throughout the course. This approach helps the learner grow and develop through empathy.

Instructional Leadership Program for School Administrators

This video was created as a part of an instructional leadership program for in-school administrators in the province of Quebec. The goal of the program is to support administrators in prioritizing the pedagogical aspects of their roles, especially conducting teacher observation and feedback.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

This video is a part of an online course designed for women entrepreneurs who are participating in a larger program with Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Services. Research showed that women in the program were struggling most in the areas of sales and finance, so we developed two online courses to provide the additional support needed. This course features the perspectives of diverse, local women building businesses.

Recruiting The Next Generation to The Retail Industry
